Berinag is a small hill station located in Pithoraghar district of Uttarakhand State. It is situated at a distance of 160 km from Nainital and located at an elevation of 1860 meters above the see leve. Berinag is famous for its ancient snake temples. The town get its name for snakes temple and most famous temple is Nag Devta Temple.
