Day 01: Dehradun - Phata - Kedarnath - Phata - Badrinath - Dehradun
06:30 Hrs. - Departure from Sahastradhara, Dehradun
07:30 Hrs. - Arrive Phata (change of helicopter for going to Kedarnathji).
08:00 Hrs. - Dep. Phata for Kedarnathji.
08:15 Hrs. - Arrive Kedarnathji. Priority Darshan will be arranged for you
10:45 Hrs. - Dep. from Kedarnathji for Phata.
11:00 Hrs. - Arrive Phata and proceed to Badrinathji by helicopter
12:00 Hrs. - Arrive Badrinath. Attend the Puja specially arranged for you.
15:00 Hrs. - Depart for Dehradun.
16:00 Hrs. - Arrive Dehradun (Sahastradhara).

Inclusions

• Assistance and all transfers at Do Dhams
• Darshan assistance at Badrinathji with Special Puja. Special Darshan slip for Kedarnathji.
• Car transfer from Badrinath Helipad to Temple and return to Helipad.
Note:
• 04 passengers weighing not more than 320 Kgs. + 5 Kgs baggage each passenger.
• 05 passengers weighing not more than 400 Kgs (including baggage).
Terms & Condition for Do Dham Helicopter Booking
• Seating capacity of helicopter is upto 04-05 passengers.
• The rate for this package are already displayed on our website.
• Children above the age of 3 years will be considered full ticket.
• There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens.
• The Company has the right to accommodate additional passengers on the helicopter within the permissible weight limits.
• The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
• The following details of the passenger are required at the time of bookings.

B) Weight
C) Age
D) Identity Proof
• Full amount has to be deposited at least 07 days before the start of journey and details may be intimated to us.
• In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the liability of the company shall be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
• Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on Payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested within less than 3 days of the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.

Payment Procedure
• Deposit Rs.2100/- as booking amount in Company's Account. (Non Refundable)
• Deposit 25% of the Package Cost after 15 Days of Booking.
• Deposit 25% of the Package Cost After One Month of Confirmation.
• Balance Payment will be Paid by Cash at the Time of Pickup at Delhi Airport / Railway Station.

The Demand Draft will be Drawn In The Favour of "UttarakhandHolidays Private Limited" payable Delhi
The Second option is to can Online Funds Transfer in our Company Account & Cheaque in Favour of Company Account.

Cancellation
The cancellation of booking is possible subject to levy of following cancellation charges
• Upto 7 days before journey — 20% of Booking amount
• Upto 48 hours before journey — 50 % of Booking amount
• Less than 48 hours before journey — 75% of Booking amount
• Less than 24 hours before journey — NO REFUND
In case of any dispute, the Courts in Delhi only will have the jurisdiction to deal with the case
