CANCELLATION FOR ALL TARIFFS & PACKAGES
Less than 15 days before the arrival date – no refund
Less than 20 days before the arrival date - 60% refund
Less than 25 days before the arrival date - 75% refund
No refund in case of road block, accident, no show etc.
50% of the total refundable amount (as per the above policy) will be released after cancellation and balance 50% will be adjust in to the future bookings only

HOW TO REACH TRISHUL LODGE, Ranikhet
To get to Trishul Lodge, one can take any of the following options:
 - Drive from Delhi via Moradabad, Kashipur and Ramnagar: 9 hours
 - Drive from Delhi via Moradabad, Haldwani and Bhowali: 9 hours
 - Overnight air-conditioned train from Old Delhi railway station (departing at 2245 hr.) to Kathgodam (arriving at 0615 hr.) and then 3 hr. drive via Bhowali.
 - Overnight air-conditioned train from Old Delhi railway station (departing at 2245 hr.) to Ramnagar (arriving at 0500 hr.) and then 3 hr. drive to Ranikhet.
 - Upon reaching Ranikhet drive towards Golf Course and take the road to Majhkhali, drive 800 meters after Wood Villa Resort and turn left as the village market begins (a board that says ‘Nanda Devi Gram’)
